Ordering Procedures

Orders may be placed online through an Authorized SprayParts.com Dealer. To locate the nearest Authorized SprayParts.com Dealer, enter your zip / postal code into the Dealer Locator in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Then create an account under your nearst dealer and log into your account.

Minimum Order

Minimum invoice charge is determined by your local dealer.

Sales Tax

All orders are subject to the applicable taxes of the state the order is shipped to.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice and will be processed according to the prices in effect at the date of, unless notified otherwise. SprayParts.com reserves the right to make changes in design, material, specification, or price without notice, or liability there of.

Damaged Merchandise

All merchandise shipped by an Authorized SprayParts.com Dealer is packed and inspected before shipment. Check merchandise immediately upon receipt. If merchandise is damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the delivery carrier. Damage to a shipping carton or shortages should be noted on the freight bill and a claim should be filed immediately with the delivery carrier. Any concealed damage noticed when merchandise is removed from shipping should be immediately reported to the delivery carrier. Please report to your Authorized SprayParts.com Dealer any shortages in your parts shipment within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipments

United Parcel Service, Parcel Post, Federal Express, (150 lb weight limit) and Air Freight will be prepaid and invoiced to the customer. Shipments made by common carrier will be invoiced unless otherwise specified. All orders signed for by a customer representative will be assumed to be complete orders.

Emergency Freight Shipments

Shipments requiring deliveries to Airport or Bus Terminals will incur additional charges.

Will-Call Orders

Please contact your Authorized SprayParts.com Dealer to make special arrangements for will-call orders.

Packaging/Handling Charges

Please contact your Authorized SprayParts.com Dealer regarding special packaging and handling charges.

Return Policies

Please contact your Authorized SprayParts.com Dealer for specific return policies.

Warranty

Parts/Components furnished an Authorized SprayParts.com Dealer by other suppliers/manufactures are subject to the warranty program of that supplier. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the part. Warranty will not apply to parts which are subject to accident, alteration or negligent use.

Limitations and Exclusions

SprayParts.com makes no other representations of warranties, expressed or implied and specifications exclude the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

SprayParts.com shall not be liable for special, incidental or consequential of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with the performance of the equipment or its use by customer nor shall SprayParts.com be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages out of or in conjunction with SprayParts.com's failure to perform its obligations hereunder. SprayParts.com's entire liability and the customer's exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement of parts covered under this warranty as provided herein.

International

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Prices can be displayed in Canadian dollars by selecting the option under your account information. On purchase via credit card, actual shipping charges will be added.
