With a CCS100 you can instantly change application rates on the go. A high-speed valve responds in under 2 seconds, fully opened to fully closed. A handy remote module puts shut-off and flush control right at your fingertips.
The exclusive technology of the Dickey-john Thermal Transfer Unit gives you the precision control for anhydrous ammonia. The Thermal Transfer Unit is a liquid-to- liquid heat exchanger that installs quickly and requires no vapor tubes.

    *APR x MPH x W (ft.) x .1212 = Flow Rate in lbs./hr
    (149) x (5) x (32) x .1212 = 2,889 lbs./hr
    In this example, our 2,889 lbs./hr rate is well within a system range of 4200 lbs./hr.

Note: Anhydrous kits include the CCS 100 console, control valve, radar speed sensor, flow sensor, and a Thermal Transfer unit. A system drawing is located at the end of the parts listed below.
