The Hypro 9403C 540 and 1,000 RPM 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" pump is available in 1" solid shaft, PTO spline hollow shaft, or PTO quick coupler drive. These pumps offer higher performance than the old style belt drive providing higher pressures and flows.
The pump is belt driven through a speed-increasing pulley system, employing a 12-groove poly-belt. Power is obtained from either a 540 or 1,000 RPM PTO. The belt is tensioned with a spring-loaded idler to help absorb instantaneous torque loads. The 9403C pump body is all cast iron construction, with a glass filled nylon impeller, 416 stainless steel shaft, and Viton seals. Other seal material is available.
