A Totally new way of Spraying!

VariTarget™ is a revolutionary new design for precision application of crop protection materials and fertilizer. This nozzle is a breakthrough in nozzle technology offering termendous flexibility in spray speeds and application rates. One VariTarget™ replaces eight conventional fixed pre orfice dirft reduction nozzles. The VariTarget™ allows spray speeds from 2 - 20 mph with application rates from five to forty gallons per acre. This is all achieved on the go, with one nozzle.

 

The VariTarget™ design is a combination of variable-area Pre-Orfice and variable-area Spray Orfice. The concept of the design is that the area of the Pre-Orfice and the Spray orfice vary at the same time during operation for various flow rates. This keeps the droplet size optimized over the range of flow rates and maintains a constant spray angle.

The VariTarget™ provides superior efficacy and effective drift reduction, providing uniform spray coverage along the spray boom and travel direction. The VariTarget™ can control the flow rate on spray systems with manual pressure regulators or with automatic rate controllers. The VariTarget™ self adjusts betweeen rates and self cleans to significantly reduce plugging. This saves you both time and money.
